SOUTH DAKOTA SALES AND USE CHANGE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY DUE DATE IS NOW THE 20TH (WAS THE 23RD)
Effective immediately South Dakota has changed the due dates for electronic filing of Sales and Use Tax Returns to the 20th (was 23rd). Due Dates have changed as of July 1st. If you file South Dakota Sales and Use returns with EPath, returns are due on the 20th day of this month.
*If you are paying by ACH Debit – the last day to submit payments online is July 21st. This will ensure payment is received by DOR on July 25th.
*If you are paying by ACH Credit, the payment must be received by DOR by July 25th.
*Please note – EPath corresponds to Central Standard Time.
