eCompli Web Services

Shipment Reporting Integration

The eCompli shipment reporting engine generates state forms to report wholesale, direct and self-distribution shipments of wine, beer or distilled spirits. These reports use client information previously stored in eCompli, along with monthly data from a client's online orders. Invoices can be entered into eCompli using several methods. The invoices can entered manually, using the eCompli interface. They can also be imported as a spreadsheet.

By far, the most convenient and reliable way to import order and invoices into eCompli is by electronic transfer. eCompli offers a Web Services interface that allows any third-party application or website to integrate easily with eCompli’s shipment reporting and compliance engines. Order and invoice data can be validated, added, modified and deleted in real-time using an standardized Internet interface called Simple Object Application Protocol (SOAP).

Order Compliance

Direct ship orders can be submitted to eCompli before and after purchase, as well as before and after shipment. The eCompli Web Services interface returns order compliance parameters for each line item, including the status of state aggregate and consumer limits, the winery’s licensing and brand registration status, dry zip code destinations, prohibited states, applicable state and local tax rates and age verification.
